MICE: how we deliver events

A MICE project differs from a leisure trip in one key way: there's no room for improvising on the day — the schedule, venue and vendors need to align precisely.

We start with a brief: the goals of the event, its format, headcount, and any constraints on dates and budget.

Next comes venue and vendor selection, an hour-by-hour scenario, and backup options in case something changes.

On the day of the event, a Rara Avis coordinator is on site — so the client has a single point of contact instead of a dozen parallel chats.

After the event, a short debrief: what worked, and what to adjust next time if the collaboration continues.
